ALL APPLICATIONS FOR BOARD POSITIONS ARE DUE BY 9/26!

The Election Committee is currently seeking nominations for three open board positions. Deadline for initial nominations is September 26th.  The Slate of Candidates will be introduced on October 14th with elections commencing November 15th. Elections will close on November 30th and the winners will be announced on December 9th.

This year, there are 3 Board of Director positions open to election:
Vice Chair
Secretary (Director 1)
Director at Large (Director 3)

Please download and complete this Candidate Information Form and return no later than September 26th to the committee with a copy to nominations@pmiatlanta.org.

Election Process Timeline:

May
• Elections Director appointed
• Nominations Committee Established
• Notification of Positions, Requirements, and Nomination Applications
                             • Via June Dinner Meeting; June 10th, 2013
• Begin accepting Candidates Nominations

June -September
• Continue Notification of Positions, Requirements, and Nomination Applications
                            • Via Dinner/ Lunch Meetings, Newsletter, and Website
• Continue Accepting Candidate Nominations up to September 26th, 2013

October
• Vetting Process and Candidate Slate created during week of October 1st, 2013
• Nominations Committee Slate of Candidates announced at October 14th, 2013 Dinner meeting.
• Floor Nominations Accepted between October 14th and November 1st, 2013.
• Candidate Forum at November 11th Dinner meeting.

November
• Electronic Elections – Voting begins on November 15th and ends on November 30th, 2013.

December
• Announcement of Winners and 2014 Executive Board of Directors on December 9th at Dinner meeting.
• New Members may attend December BOD Meeting to begin Transitions
