You'll identify gaps by comparing PMBOK Guide processes with agile processes such as Scrum and learn to take control over all Lean-Agile initiatives in your organization. And you will learn why Lean and Agile is suitable for all domains to be managed; technical as well as non-technical ones and how it can be utilized as operational and strategic management foundation.

You will execute a Lean-Agile project end-to-end, hands-on. You will form a team, assign roles and responsibilities, lead a discovery session to slice projects by capabilities, create a value-driven rolling wave plan, plan and execute an iteration, conduct ShowTime and systematic retrospectives (Kaizen), hands-on, step-by-step.

By the end of this module, you will have a step-by-step roadmap of how to successfully enable or take on control of all Lean-Agile initiatives within your organization.
