As a project manager are you adding value as you deliver requirements to your projects? Our July Healthcare Forum will focus on how value fits into managing projects. Jeff Ely will shed light on how Project Managers can ensure that value, like results, is delivered to your project. Examples of how companies and project managers can add value include, better planning, managing expectations, proactive vs. reactive, and recognizing a bad project.

Jeff Ely is a Process Improvement Manager for Philips Health Systems where he is responsible for deploying Lean methodology across the Customer Care Solution Center located in Alpharetta, GA. He has worked for Philips for the past 26 years, beginning his career as a Field Service Engineer servicing MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine scanners. He has also served as a Remote Service Engineer and Modality Performance Manager for the CT modality. Delivering value to customers is his primary focus.
