Jaleann’s presentation, “Competing IT Priorities: An Operating Model for Data Stewardship and Business Architecture – Is it the Cure?” is one that you do not want to miss!

Jaleann Matos-McClurg operates the following software and manages full requirements management and technical-functional communications cycle: SAS, SQL Server, Teradata SQL, Tableau, Business Objects/Crystal Reports while packaging high-impact communication artifacts and ensuring process adherence and stability. Projects led include high risk projects such as ICD-10 Readiness, migration planning, interface inventory, regulatory compliance (HEDIS- NCQA), clinical utilization management, cost containment, KPIs/Dashboarding and special projects using various statistical techniques and data integration/consolidation approaches. Jaleann knows well the full data management cycle and the information governance level needed to success in the new and emerging technologies in healthcare including use of business architecture principles using TOGAF and Zachman framework. Her brand consists of accelerating process stability and enabling transitional artifacts to move organization faster through to future state.
