In “Everything is a Project”, Jill will discuss how the team at Camp Twin Lakes applies project management rigor to fundraising and event planning, program development and long-range strategic planning. Whether organizing a cycling event or planning a new program for children with medical and life challenges, the same principles apply. Assemble the right team, develop a detailed work plan, identify metrics of success, establish a project budget, identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, implement the project, measure success. Jill will give several examples of these steps using the impactful work of Camp Twin Lakes to illustrate that at work and in life, “everything is a project”!
