Kimberly Wells Nesbitt is a graduate of South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology awarded in 1998. Kimberly has been with the Georgia Department of Transportation for over 18 years. She began her career as a designer in the Office of Traffic Operations. She was a contract negotiator in the Office of Consultant Design and Program Delivery specializing with A&E (architecture and engineering) contracts. However the majority of her career has been focused on project management in several offices with the Department. She is currently the State Program Delivery Administrator in the Office of Program Delivery.
