Kelly-Moncrief-pic"Implementing GREAT Agile Project Management Across Different Levels of Your Enterprise" presented by Kelly Moncrief, Vice President of Planning, Execution and Automation of Equifax

How do you implement great Agile programs on a Scrum team versus the enterprise level, and how does the process vary between levels? Whether you’re new to project management or in a career-long role, you will encounter familiar challenges:

● Managing stakeholder expectations
● Driving process improvements
● Providing your team with role clarity
● Driving accountability when meeting milestones

Based on the work you do, an Agile approach can always work, but how you execute will vary if you’re on a smaller scrum team versus leading an enterprise program.

This presentation promises to be full of lessons for every level of project and program management. Join us for the next virtual session, to learn new best practices about Agile program management at multiple levels of an enterprise from the Equifax leader and former management consultant who has experienced Agile environments in over 20 companies.

Mobile clinics are vehicles customized with medical equipment at a capacity to provide health services for different health populations. They are staffed with health professionals and serve as resources in a health system to increase health access to populations, enforce disease prevention, and improve access for chronic health management, all at reduced costs. They can also be used in providing free multiple healthcare services, and locational advantage of care at the doorstep of the patient, in the United States and other countries. The findings of the research aim to provide evidence to support wider adoption in communities, especially rural and at-risk populations.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10.
