  important for project managers to work with sponsors and stakeholder to i
 dentify the metrics that matters for customers\, sponsors\, stakeholders a
 nd the team\, and then develop a plan to collect\, analyze and report them
  on a regular basis.
 In this webinar we’ll cover the relevant metrics 
 at project\, program and portfolio levels for both waterfall and agile pro
