 We kick off the 2020 PMI Agile Forum by learning how to harness the powe
 r and excitement of Liberating Structures to create a ranked Topic/Speaker
  Backlog for the upcoming 2020 sessions.
 Liberating Structures are easy-
 to-learn microstructures that enhance collaboration and trust\, quickly fo
 stering lively participation in groups of any size\, and making it possibl
 e to truly include and unleash everyone.
 For this session we will first 
 learn about the Liberating Structure called 25/10 Crowd Sourcing as a fun\
 , fast and casual way to engage the entire audience to generate an uncenso
 red set of bold ideas and then to tap the wisdom of the whole group to ide
 ntify and rank the top ten ideas. Next we will utilize Open Space\, groupi
 ng around the idea you are most passionate about in order to flush out the
  details including acceptance criteria.
