 ltant/Instructor\, PSMJ Resources\, Inc.
 The PMI Atlanta&nbsp\;AEC Forum
is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the arc
hitectural\, engineering\, and construction&nbsp\;fields. We will show the
importance of solid project management in&nbsp\;these related fields of s
 tudy.
 Presentation Details
For the past 10 years\, a growing number of
A/E/C firms have been allowing their employees to work from home. But whe
n the Covid-19 pandemic hit\, working from home quickly became the norm fo
r most A/E/C firms – whether they were ready or not.
 In March of this
year\, PSMJ Resources conducted an in-depth study of the impact of working
from home on both employees and project managers in A/E/C firms. The stud
y was redone in August with the same firms to see what has changed after s
everal months of working from home.
 This presentation provides you with
the results of this research and discusses how it is affecting project man
agers in A/E/C firms. Along with some best project management practices fr
om firms that have successfully made the transition from teams that are al
l together to teams that are working remotely.
 Due to coronavirus concer
ns\, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change
 \, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10. &nbsp\;
