 to occupancy\, the commercial real estate construction process is filled w
 ith risks. Common risks include approvals and permits\, design and technic
 al issues\, budget and cost overruns\, safety concerns and site conditions
  to name a few. Now add to those risks the unprecedented challenges brough
 t on by a global pandemic.

 ect Manager for Champions Integrated Facilities Management will discuss ho
 w her team\, despite risks that were impossible to predict nor fully avoid
 \, successfully delivered on projects in 2020. She’ll also share lessons
  learned\, new best practices and ongoing tips to continue throughout 2021
