Description:

This one-day course covers practical and real-world methods for successfully managing project stakeholder expectations. Project Stakeholder Management is of greater importance to both project and career success than ever before. This is why it came as no surprise to many experienced project, program and portfolio managers that PMI™ added a new and fully dedicated Knowledge Area covering this topic to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK™), when it released the fifth (i.e. most recent) edition of this best practices global standard.

The Participant Guide provided to each attendee, at no additional cost, has been professionally prepared by a PMI approved Registered Education Provider (REP™). This highly interactive course includes supplemental self-directed learning that can be completed for additional Professional Development Units (PDUs). The above course title, a portion thereof, and any similar course title/phrase are proprietary trademarks (TM) with all rights reserved. PMBOK, REP and PMI are trademarks of the Project Management Institute.
