Presentation Details

Setting up a Project Management Office program is no easy feat. It involves strategies for processes that help deliver projects and manage resources with minimum disruption. It adds oversight to guide project teams. It helps teams plan for risks and threats that could cause delays.

Can your organization benefit from adopting a high-performance PMO strategy? What are the best practices and recommendations to start a PMO?

This presentation can help you find some of the answers. It will approach the discussion from the perspective of a PMO focusing on cyber security. Cyber threats are pervasive, troubling issues that more and more companies and governments are facing. And they can impact you personally.

Ms. Manzar will share her experiences implementing PMOs from the ground up for her cyber security team. She will go through some of the challenges related to people and processes when going through changes.

Register for the virtual presentation today and come prepared to learn about the importance of PMOs and the role these programs play in the success of high-priority projects.
