Emails sent to the technology@  and billing@ email addresses are captured by a ticketing system. This is designed to increase efficiency within the technology team and the chapter.

Help Desk personnel should attempt to ascertain the actions required by the ticket and either fulfill the requirements or transfer the ticket to another team or committee. If unable to determine the corrective action required, upchannel to AVP, Technology without a response.
