Summary
Description:
What’s My Time Style? is a quick and easy-to-use tool for identifying personal time management style. Based on the personality theories of Marston and Jung, the self-assessment measures an individual’s preference for one or more of four basic behavioral styles: Direct, Spirited, Considerate and Systematic. With this knowledge, individuals learn how to make their style work to their advantage and better understand how to work with others who manage their time differently.
Course objectives:
• Understanding Your Time Style
• Scoring What’s My Time Style
• Time Management Behaviors in Different Interactions
• Time Style Strengths
• Time Style Trouble Spots
• Capitalizing on Your Time Style
• Action Planning
• References
Who should attend:
While traditional time-management systems take a one-size-fits-all approach, What’s My Time Style? helps people identify their own personal time style and learn how to make that style work for them rather than against them.
This course is for anyone who wants to:
• Identify personal time management style
• Learn how to capitalize on time management strengths
• Understand how to avoid potential time management trouble spots
• Improve interactions with others who have different time management styles
• Create an action plan to immediately apply in the workplace
