The world of today demands that businesses be more nimble and react to customer demand with more swiftness than ever before. Managing uncertainty and change in complex projects and programs calls for balancing defined and empirical process control. Agile provides the framework to implement that balance.

Instructor Bio:
Jim Hayden is AgilePolaris’ CEO and Founder. Jim brings over 25 years of leadership experience pragmatically solving complex problems by leading and motivating tech-savvy teams in delivering business-‐critical technology solutions. His particular passion involves helping corporations improve their program delivery by leveraging Lean-Agile and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)®. He has experience across finance/banking, retail, insurance, Application Service Provider (ASP), IT, B2B Web, government and non‐profit industries as well as his extensive aerospace/avionics operational experience.
Besides holding a Bachelor of Science from USAFA, Jim has a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry‐Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University’s School of Business. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-‐ACP)®, a Scaled Agile Academy Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)® Program Consultant (SPC) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He is a member in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, the Scaled Agile Academy and the Scrum Alliance.
