Presentation Details
During the presentation, Kevin will cover 10 skills areas that will help a program or project manager achieve successful results. Each skill area will cover numerous attributes that make up that skill. It is important to note that most skills are not ones you can learn by reading the PMBOK. The skills span all project types and industries. This presentation is about the manager, not the project. He will also offer suggestions on courses and topics to help enhance a PM’s competencies. But be careful! He will also tell you the 10 signs that may indicate that perhaps you might not be a good PM. Bring your pen and a notebook. You do not want to miss this one.
