"Responsibility without Authority: Building a Collaborative Project Team One Click at a Time" by Kelly Vandever
It’s no secret… as a project manager, you deal daily with the conundrum of leading people over whom you have no formal authority. It’s frustrating when so much is out of your control. What’s a poor project manager to do?
The bad news… control is an illusion. The good news… people want to be involved and they want to do a good job. In this highly interactive session you’ll do more than just hear examples and learn techniques. You’ll experience the impact first hand as we apply the concepts in the context of an actual Atlanta PMI chapter challenge.
The success of any project hinges on the individuals involved. This session will give you tools you can immediately use to make your current project more enjoyable while obtaining even better results.
