PMI Atlanta is the 3rd largest chapter in the WORLD with over 4500 members in the Atlanta community! How many fellow members do you know? Come to our 4th quarter networking event and build your professional network. There will be an organized networking exercise, so you are guaranteed to meet new contacts - bring your business cards and come ready to increase your connections!
Ever wondered how those 15 or so events per month happen? Do you want to know how to get involved and work with our team of volunteers to build your career and take your work skills and professional network to a whole other level? Our 4th Quarter Networking Event is going to be all about YOU, our CHAPTER, and candidates for the FUTURE of our chapter! The event will be on Oct. 15 at The Georgian Club.
It's YOUR chapter and YOU have a voice! In January, we asked what you wanted to do this year and we made changes to our events based on your feedback. We want to know what you value and what makes our profession stronger and more appreciated in our community. Come find out how your chapter is organized and let us know what you value for 2016.
We will discuss the 2016 election process and introduce the candidates that are running for the open 2016 positions (Vice Chair, Secretary, and Director)
PMI offers a great environment to gain industry exposure and work skills that are not always accessible in our day to day jobs. We have done so much this year! We will also discuss how we manage to consistently provide our community with so many relevant events per month! We will discuss our organization; our goals; our accomplishments; and, what it means to volunteer - how we serve our community as volunteers and how our volunteering makes us better professionals and individuals. We will have a moderated panel of volunteers to discuss what it means to volunteer and what the benefits of volunteering are.

3. Meet current volunteers and hear about what it means to volunteer serving our Atlanta community
