Presentation Details 

Based on the book by Bruce Kasanoff, Marcia Trajano will lead a discussion on the art of self-promoting and share insights on when, why, and how to navigate of one’s career most difficult task.


Trajano MarciaMarcia is responsible for delivering performance improvements across the Philips Healthcare Customer Care Solutions Center in Alpharetta, GA. She was responsible for the implementation of Philips North America Customer Services PMO and currently serves as its PMO partner. Before joining Philips Healthcare, Ms. Trajano was the Business Development Manager for Latin America for Philips Hospitality. During her tenure with Philips Hospitality, she also managed Inside Sales, the team responsible for customer service and direct sales across the United States.

Prior to Philips, Ms. Trajano was the Director, Business Development for Architectural Construction Services (ACS) where she was responsible for all business development for multi-site, rapid rollout, architectural, planning & design and construction management services for a variety of commercial clients. Her architecture degree and 10+ years of experience in business development were key to her successful management of the company’s marketing efforts for the retail, banking and hospitality sectors.

Ms. Trajano has been an active volunteer for PMI Atlanta since 2012. She co-founded the PMI Atlanta Chapter Healthcare Forum in 2012 and became the VP of Industry Forums in 2013.
