Jacobs Long AnnAnn has been a professional in the IT and project management space for more than 20 years. Working primarily in the telecommunications and financial services industries, Ann’s IT experience has included leadership roles in IT Delivery, Release Management, Business Analysis, and Testing. In pursuit of her true passion, Ann’s focus in the project management field has included senior leadership roles as a PMO Manager, Program, Project, and Portfolio Manager, and EPMO Director. With particular emphasis on PMO implementations and project management frameworks, Ann’s expertise includes deployment of enterprise governance processes, portfolio investment, project demand management and prioritization, program and project execution, performance monitoring and executive reporting. Additionally, she has industry experience as an Industrial Engineer in both the public and private sector. Ann has attained an MBA/E-Business, and holds certifications of PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI, Project Management Masters Certification from George Washington University, and Masters Certification in Six Sigma (Lean, Green and Black) from Villanova University.
