About the Speaker:

Singleton-MoniqueMonique Singleton is an innovative out-of-the-box Recruiter and Speaker. She has a total of 6+ years Recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on Technology and Telecommunications. She is very professional, performance driven and extremely energetic. Most recently, she was well noted for being a top producer and driving almost 8M in revenue during a huge ramp up with a telecom client through high caliber talent acquisition. She is extremely involved in Social Media efforts, i.e. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Recruiter. She is accustomed to utilizing advanced sourcing and Boolean string techniques. Monique is very resourceful and uses universities, recruiting events, job fairs, job boards, LinkedIn, and Meet Ups to assist in her growing candidate pool. One of many things Monique does on her day off is volunteer her time to career ministries and speaking at various community colleges and vocational schools regarding job sourcing techniques, encouragement, resume building & interview etiquette.
