Veronica Jenkins helps businesses improve their HR processes, craft sustainable strategic hiring plans, retain talent, and develop meaningful DEIJ programs. 

As the CEO and Co-founder of HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm, she oversees their daily operations, as well as the HR consulting side of the business. For Veronica, seeing her clients grow is the most rewarding part of the role.

Outside of the office, Veronica enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter Gabriella.

Mike is Sr. Director for Vaco and leads their Technology Solutions practice in Atlanta. With more than 11 years of industry and team-building experience, he is passionate about helping clients and trusted consultants grow their businesses and thrive in their careers. Mike grew up in Georgetown, DE and holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Delaware. After a few years on the West Coast in the Mortgage Industry, Mike met his wife, moved to Atlanta, began his career in IT Professional Services, and hasn’t looked back since! On the weekends, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, simply doing anything that is fun and/or relaxing. “I love the way Vaco conducts business and its core values. They align with me personally and professionally, allowing me to be my authentic self, both in and out of the office. I also get to work in a fun, supportive, and entrepreneurial environment, with some of the brightest and most integrous people in the industry.”

Catherine recently graduated from the University of Georgia and has been with TRC for a little over a year. Over the past year, she has fallen in love with recruiting and the staffing industry. She prides herself on giving positive energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction and building long lasting relationships with candidates. Catherine loves learning about a candidate’s experience and helping them find their dream job.

While she is not working, Catherine loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading books for the book club at work, listening to podcasts, and exploring new restaurants.

Dana's recruiting experience covers a wide range of industries such as accounting and finance, construction, engineering, light industrial and warehousing, sales and marketing, with a specialty in legal recruiting. Her human resources consulting background includes, JEDI, training, payroll, sponsorship, HRIS, networking, social media and branding.

Dana is a graduate of the private women's college, Agnes Scott, located in Decatur, Georgia. She returns to campus multiple times a year to support their Summit program by volunteering for HR panels, LinkedIn seminars, interview preparation and other human resources related needs.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time outdoors at sporting and live music events with her loving husband Dustin, their son Deagan and dogs, Gustav, Donnie Barko and Toni Bark.

Casey Peebles has over 15 years of progressive experience in staffing and technical solutions for clients in the Atlanta and National Markets. He has recruited for clients such as; Cox, PwC, Deloitte, Oracle, The Home Depot, Macy’s, WestRock, Global Payments, Fiserv, Chick-fil-A, LexisNexis, and many others. Casey has demonstrated the ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and close multiple staffing projects simultaneously with expertise in identifying and sourcing hard-to-find talent. He has led and trained Technical Recruiters and is educated in best practices and the latest trends. Casey grew up in Atlanta and currently resides in Roswell with his wife and two children.

Collaboration and The Extra Mile award winner Nicole Plaisted has always had a passion for connecting people. From friends to colleagues the extraordinarily driven social butterfly is always looking for new ways to create mutually beneficial relationships that last. After graduating from Georgia Southern in 2016 she worked a short stint in logistics before finding her home and her passion at TRC.

Over the past year the disciplined employee has strategically used her millennial mindset and outstanding social skills to build her brand and grow awareness of TRC’s offerings in the Atlanta market. Dedicated to diving deep into the industry, Nicole provides a wealth of knowledge to her candidates offering them a clear look at where in the industry they can be successful and providing her clients important information on what candidates are looking for. A representation of the reliability and credibility of TRC Nicole consistently delivers professional and positive results to her clients and candidates.

“Every minute matters,” a phrase that drives Nicole to do her best at work and at home. Often out late making connections at networking events and up at 5am to get in an early morning workout, Nicole stays busy at all hours. When she does get a moment to spare she loves spending it with her friends and family and volunteering. She is on the Young Executive board of “Every Girl Shines” as well as a mentor herself in the program to Highschool girls. She is known for being an activist for females and pushes for growth in her home city of Atlanta!
