Mike Christoferson - Vaco

Mike is Sr. Director for Vaco and leads their Technology Solutions practice in Atlanta. With more than 11 years of industry and team-building experience, he is passionate about helping clients and trusted consultants grow their businesses and thrive in their careers. Mike grew up in Georgetown, DE and holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Delaware. After a few years on the West Coast in the Mortgage Industry, Mike met his wife, moved to Atlanta, began his career in IT Professional Services, and hasn’t looked back since! On the weekends, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, simply doing anything that is fun and/or relaxing. “I love the way Vaco conducts business and its core values. They align with me personally and professionally, allowing me to be my authentic self, both in and out of the office. Dana Nieger - HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm

Dana's recruiting experience covers a wide range of industries such as accounting and finance, construction, engineering, light industrial and warehousing, sales and marketing, with a specialty in legal recruiting. Her human resources consulting background includes, JEDI, training, payroll, sponsorship, HRIS, networking, social media and branding.

Dana is a graduate of the private women's college, Agnes Scott, located in Decatur, Georgia. She returns to campus multiple times a year to support their Summit program by volunteering for HR panels, LinkedIn seminars, interview preparation and other human resources related needs.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time outdoors at sporting and live music events with her loving husband Dustin, their son Deagan and dogs, Gustav, Donnie Barko and Toni Bark.

Nicole Plaisted - TRC Staffing

Collaboration and The Extra Mile award winner Nicole Plaisted has always had a passion for connecting people. From friends to colleagues the extraordinarily driven social butterfly is always looking for new ways to create mutually beneficial relationships that last. After graduating from Georgia Southern in 2016 she joined TRC shortly after and is now going on 6 successful years with multiple promotions.

Over the past year as the new Strategic Account Director for TRC, the disciplined employee has strategically used her years in the talent industry and outstanding social skills to build her brand and grow awareness of TRC’s offerings in the Atlanta market. Dedicated to diving deep into the needs of her clients, Nicole thrives by creating the “Perfect Match” for all! A representation of the reliability and credibility of TRC Nicole consistently delivers professional and positive results to her clients and candidates.

Often out late making connections at networking events and up at 5am to get in an early morning workout, Nicole stays busy at all hours. When she does get a moment to spare, she loves spending it with her friends and family and volunteering. She is on the Young Executive board of “Every Girl Shines” as well as a mentor herself in the program to Highschool girls and on the Event committee for “Atlanta Technology Professionals.” She is known for being an activist for all and pushes for growth in her home city of Atlanta!

Lindsay White - TRC Staffing

Lindsay is a UGA graduate who has been in the staffing industry since 2021 after switching from the biomedical and diagnostic field. She was promoted last year to professional recruiter and specializes in the engineering vertical. She enjoys the technical aspect of the roles and learning something new every day.  Lindsay started a professional development book club during her time at TRC and recently celebrated one year of reading with the group! She strives to one day join the leadership team at TRC and play an instrumental role in developing technical recruiters.  

In her free time, Lindsay is a new mother who enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and two dogs, working in her garden, reading, and listening to podcasts (especially true crime.)
