Chris Auer is an accomplished Director with over 15 years of experience in the IT and engineering services industry. Throughout his career, he has supported a diverse range of sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, finance, energy and government, working with clients of all sizes to deliver impactful technology solutions.

In his current role, Chris leads strategic support for several major communications clients, with a focus on key areas such as project management, application development & modernization, data & analytics, AI and cloud and infrastructure.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and his expertise includes solution design and delivery, strategic planning, performance monitoring and reporting and client engagement and relationship management.

Mike is Sr. Director for Vaco and leads their Technology Solutions practice in Atlanta. With more than 11 years of industry and team-building experience, he is passionate about helping clients and trusted consultants grow their businesses and thrive in their careers. Mike grew up in Georgetown, DE and holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Delaware. After a few years on the West Coast in the Mortgage Industry, Mike met his wife, moved to Atlanta, began his career in IT Professional Services, and hasn’t looked back since! On the weekends, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, simply doing anything that is fun and/or relaxing. “I love the way Vaco conducts business and its core values. Dana Neiger is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Barge Design Solutions, where she leads strategic recruiting initiatives across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Dana is known for building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition functions that align closely with business goals and long-term workforce planning.

In her role, she partners with executive leadership and hiring teams to design innovative recruiting strategies, strengthen employer branding, and elevate the candidate experience. Dana brings a data-informed and relationship-driven approach to talent, with a focus on developing sustainable pipelines, particularly in highly competitive technical markets.

Prior to and alongside her corporate leadership, Dana served as a trusted HR Consultant and former owner of HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm, advising organizations on talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational growth. She is recognized for her ability to connect people to purpose while driving measurable business outcomes.

Beyond her professional work, Dana is a dedicated community leader and philanthropist. Former Temple President, lay leadership in her Jewish community and with other non-profits local to Atlanta are foremost in her free time. She has successfully led multi-year fundraising campaigns and is deeply involved in initiatives that foster interfaith collaborations and strengthen relationships across diverse communities. Above all, she is a proud mother and wife, committed to raising the next generation with strong values, curiosity, and compassion.

Rusty grew up in Statesboro, GA and holds an MBA in Management from Troy University and a BBA in Economics from Georgia Southern University. He and his wife Kelly reside in Roswell, GA and they have two daughters.
