Government Capital building projects have a life of their own. They are comprised of very specific administrative elements regarding scope, schedule and budget even before the Architects, Engineers and Construction managers come on board. This presentation will walk through the life of two of the most recent and most complex construction projects in CDC history with combined budgets totaling over $550M, the Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory and the East Campus Laboratory Consolidation Project.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10.
