2021 has been a year of potholes, roadblocks, traffic jams, detours on an unprecedented scale. Project Managers struggle every day to get the right information, from the right people, at the right time. Collaboration challenges, combined with shortages, port delays, etc. Makes you feel like you can never get ahead and this is putting your business at risk – especially for the upcoming holidays.

At Boardwalktech we solve problems such as scope creep, additional costs, poor visibility and more by taking the friction out of managing projects. Our solution provides project managers the advantage of putting them in control – give them the unique ability to;

  1. Know What changed, when it changed why it changed and who - FAST!
  2. Match your business your business requirements exactly
  3. Rapid real-time collaboration over what/if scenarios

All while retaining the freedom of making ad-hoc modifications, because all of this is done inside Microsoft Excel.

It seems like everyone is enamored with leading. There is no shortage of books, posts, videos, and quotes on what it takes to lead and to lead well. However, if everyone leads then who follows? For leaders to exist, followers must exist. Leadership and followership are two sides of the same coin. And ultimately, success is determined by the quality of followership in any organization. This talk will look at the importance of followership and what you need to do to become a better follower even if you are a leader.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10.
