Facilitation is the art of skillfully using techniques to help a group of people reach their goals. Our stories are most effective when they are made into a memorable experience. Facilitation taps into the emotion and brings feelings to life where there is no humanistic approach to craft the experience for users. We will discuss the different approaches to facilitation, because there is no one “hat” to wear that defines this skill.
