"Using Artificial Intelligence in Project Management" by Juanita Woods, PMP

Juanita-WoodsIn this session, we will explore recent trends in artificial intelligence and how the latest tools can support project managers in the day-to-day decision-making and management of information. We will briefly explore the history of A.I. and discuss how A.I. augments but does not replace human effort. During the session, you will get a chance to develop high-quality prompts that improve the results provided by common chatbot applications.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand opportunities and challenges of using AI NLP as a tool for brainstorming possible solutions to common project problems.
  • Identify best practices for developing question prompts that increase the quality and usefulness of chatbot responses.
