Risk governance is a critical aspect of project governance that goes beyond the typical risk identification, analysis, and communication process. It encompasses strategies and mechanisms that drive decisions about risks. Technology can be used to streamline the governance process and accelerate decision making. This presentation will present an overview of risk governance and how software tools may be used to improve the visibility and effectiveness of an organization’s risk governance program.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10.
