The PMI Atlanta AEC Forum is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study.

Presentation Details

Organizational Change Management is defined as moving an organization and its stakeholders from the current state to a future state. The extent to which employees are ready, willing and able to adopt change is a key indicator of project success. READY, Set, Change! provides a simple framework for those who are responsible for change, but are not change management experts. In this session, participants learn how to successfully lead organizational change initiatives. Discover how to approach and implement change and ensure business objectives are met while addressing resistance and delighting stakeholders.

Disciplined Agile Scrum Master is a nine-lesson, instructor-led course that shows you how to use Disciplined Agile (DA) to improve your team’s way of working. In just two days, you’ll become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the tool kit to solve problems, and learn how to build high-performance teams.

Filled with activities, animations, supplemental reading, and more, this course will prepare you to take the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) exam and, equally important, start using Disciplined Agile immediately.

This course is designed for project practitioners who plan to get PMI’s DA Scrum Master Certification. No agile experience is required – this is introductory training and certification built to educate on agile and lean fundamentals and the Disciplined Agile tool kit. 

Training participants who complete this DASM training are eligible to take the DA SM certification test, within 30 days from the course completion (at no additional certification charges). With a test score of 70% (or more), the participant becomes a Certified DA Scrum Master.

The course registration fee includes cost for course materials purchased from PMI, free access to ebook: Choose Your Way

and the DASM certification fee, so students do not have pay the DASM certification fee when they take the DASM certification exam, within 30 days from DASM course completion.
