Agile tends to work best when teams are face-to-face. Remote Agile teams face additional challenges in developing their ways of working (WOWs). With remote work being more likely in the future, how can remote teams adjust to the changing internal and external situations, and continue to be successful? We will answer this and other related questions in this seminar. Attendees will also get a chance to learn and practice some of the tools effective for remote teams. Attendees will walk away with new ideas about new WOWs for remote Agile teams.
