Build Your Revenue and Decrease Costs with Value Stream Mapping: Visualize Your Process Bottlenecks

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is prominent within the Agile community and is growing as more organizations mature in the adoption of SAFe and other methodologies. VSM is a foundational Lean technique used in reengineering business processes all over the world, in all industries. The principles of Lean & Agile continuous improvement have become a standard that accelerates the realization of value through iterative improvement on the most critical aspects of a process.

VSM is a tool that helps teams visualize the process and prioritize the most impactful improvement areas that need to be addressed. Many lean practitioners see VSM as a fundamental tool to identify waste, reduce process cycle times, and implement process improvement.

In the presentation, key concepts about VSM will be discussed and how these ideas can be applied in an Agile environment.

Join in on the fun with other participants to identify bottlenecks within a value stream mapping simulation that will enable you to apply the concept and build revenue and decrease costs.
