"Connect with your Interviewer: Tell your Career Story and give STAR answers!"

The Agile Forum meetings offer an opportunity for professional networking and knowledge sharing with other agile practitioners as well as provide a learning environment for professionals interested in learning about agile techniques. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Presentation

In all parts of life our fondest interpersonal wish is to be seen and to be understood. This includes our professional relationships, such as interviews! You have to make yourself known and understood to an interviewer rapidly, truthfully, and with meaning - and all within the space of one brief and coherent conversation!

The best way to do this is by knowing the parts of your career story, and by using STAR answers to illustrate your value and your strengths.

In this hands-on, minds-on, active participation session you will receive tools to assemble your career story and make sure it has the right information for an interviewer to really see and understand you, and know that you are the right fit for the company!

OBJECTIVES
Understand types of job interviews.
Understand how to create your Career Story, enabling you to connect with the interviewer.
Understand how to use STAR answers to showcase your strengths.
