presented by Maximilian "Max" Ekesi, Whole Foods (Amazon subsidiary) / Enterprise Agile Coach

Presentation

We live in a world that is changing faster than ever before due to continuous technological disruption! Companies and individuals need to adapt to this rate of change and prepare for it to accelerate. For those of us that leverage Agile to continuously adapt and deliver value - we always search for better ways to serve and lead people through Agile transformations. Transformations usually require changes to people, processes, and tools - which has always been overwhelming and complex to whomever is required to change.

This session will focus on a simple 3-step Agile Transformation approach that Max has been perfecting for years…

Session topics:
• Why be Agile?
• 3-Step Agile Transformation Approach (with supporting case studies)
• Call to Action!

This will be an opportunity to learn from experiences, expertise, and common goals focused around transforming the way we work in an ever-changing world.
