PresentationMoncrief-Kelly

How do you implement great Agile programs on a Scrum team versus the enterprise level, and how does the process vary between levels? Whether you’re new to project management or in a career-long role, you will encounter familiar challenges:

  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Driving process improvements
  • Providing your team with role clarity
  • Driving accountability when meeting milestones

Based on the work you do, an Agile approach can always work, but how you execute will vary if you’re on a smaller scrum team versus leading an enterprise program.

This presentation promises to be full of lessons for every level of project and program management. Join us for the next virtual session, to learn new best practices about Agile program management at multiple levels of an enterprise from the Equifax leader and former management consultant who has experienced Agile environments in over 20 companies
