Presentation Details

I launched and scaled across 600 highly diverse development teams at Comcast, a program for Dev(Sec)Ops Transformation borrowing from my earlier Agile and Digital Transformation experience. This talk is about that framework. It’s based upon these ideas:

  • Leverage, rather than work against, developer psychology and development team sociology
  • Enable incremental gap analysis
  • Provide a shallow improvement ramp
  • Get each individual development team on this improvement path
  • Coach and gamify each team along it
  • Create an environment of viral adoption
