Have you ever missed a date? Whether using story points and velocity, task counting and throughput, or man-day estimates and traditional project management planning, missed dates are still a thorn in our side. Triangulating for due dates is recommended, so this talk explains another tool in your toolbox for forecasting project/release completion dates. Time permitting, we can have a short discussion on designing an organization for predictability.
