Biography Amber-Chandler

Amber Chandler is a resourceful consultant and committed coach who thrives at the intersection of Project Management, Agile, Scrum and Lean. She currently works as an IT Consultant in the role of a Senior Agilist, leading Regulated Renewable Energy product teams. Prior to that, Amber worked as a Release Train Engineer, leading an Agile Release Train (ART) through a SAFe transformation. Amber’s other roles include SAFe Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and she’ has held other project management roles in IT, Finance and Pharma. With her background and love for empowering others, Amber founded SOP Evolution LLC, a training company focused on providing professional development to “solution-oriented professionals” who have taken an interest in Project Management. SOP Evolution LLC allows Amber to partner with aspiring project professionals and those looking to grow as practitioners, by taking them through simulated experiences. Amber is committed to the trade, as seen in her continuing education cadence. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). She holds eight (8) certifications and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. If you ask Amber which certification or degree made the biggest impact in her career, she will tell you, “every single one of them!” Amber is a true practitioner and believes that raw information is useless until tested. Once implemented, investigated, and adjusted for the environment, only then is it a powerful tool.
