Biography  McLemore-Tamara

Tamara McLemore, a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of extensive experience in IT, Telecommunications, Applications, and Infrastructure Project Management. Demonstrated results exceeding metrics with international companies such as Ericsson, the Federal Government (General Services Administration), BCD Travel, Deloitte, and Delta Air Lines to name a few. She is credited with stepping in and turning projects around, keeping them under budget and on schedule. 

A graduate of Xavier University of New Orleans of Louisiana with a B.A. in Communications. Tamara holds an M.B.A. from American InterContinental University in Global Technology Management and a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University in Project Management. She was also a member of the $1 Billion Club before the age of 30.

Tamara’s Current Joy! Focusing on Developing other Project Managers and STEM professionals, because in her eyes EVERYONE is a Project Manager.

Through her authentic delivery and "Make it Happen” attitude, Tamara helps participants not only become PMP Certified, but through demonstration she helps Future PMP’s think differently, speak differently and ultimately have a different outcome in their career.

She has spoken and taught Project Management at Colleges & Universities and Organizations across the Globe including India and Dubai.

Fueled by her passion to see visions become a reality, she coaches individuals into their own greatness. Tamara's volunteer work includes numerous organizations and is an active 25-year member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. whose motto she lives by, “To be a Service to All Mankind.”
