Tana Glassford-Samuel is a retired IT executive and dynamic strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 15 years of advanced information technology leadership. Renowned for her ability to combine technical expertise with exceptional people management skills, Tana has a proven track record of driving value delivery, fostering business agility, and leading cultural transformation initiatives.

Tana’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering high-performing teams and creating sustainable outcomes.
