The PMI Atlanta AEC Forum is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study.

Presentation Details 

This presentation will cover various topics related to financial evaluation of projects. Topics include: price management, start-up costs of a new project, maintain margins, cost analysis, how to read a P&L and cash conversion cycle. The participant will walk away from the course understanding the basic concepts of a P&L and what levers can be used to improve overall profitability for the company.

Biography

Sarah Griswold is currently the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Kindred at Home. She joined the company in September 2018. Prior to Kindred at Home, Sarah spent 13 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various finance positions supporting both North America and global businesses. Sarah holds a BA in German and a BBA in Economics and International Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
