The PMI Atlanta AEC Forum is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study.

Presentation Details

The techniques in this engaging presentation will guide the attendee through a process that simplifies managing their project goals.

Topics Discussed:
1) Determine exactly what goals you want to achieve
2) Set goals in accordance to your team members’ strengths
3) Create an action plan
4) Set concrete deadlines
5) Keep goals on track

By following these techniques, the attendee will be on track to having a project completed on time and on budget.


Felix Hernandez is the Director of Business Development for a consulting company called All American Technology Solutions Group, LLC based out of Duluth, GA. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Project Management, and Business Development. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with executives to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely technology solutions to their everyday business needs.

While he spends most of his time working with clients, Felix also spends time in the classroom as a Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Doctoral Student at Capella University and as an Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing Professor at Gwinnett Technical College, Professor of Information Technology and Security at Georgia Gwinnett College, and Professor of Enterprise Risk Management and Cloud Computing at Post University. His primary goal is to educate and motivate individuals to innovate with technology.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10.
