Presentation Details

Did you know that how well you do your job has very little to do with how successful you are in your professional career growth? Performance management activities include understanding your job expectations, undergoing performance evaluations, and gathering feedback from your manager. Unfortunately, your performance, or how well you are doing the job you were hired for, only accounts for 10% of your career development planning efforts.

Join us for the September AEC forum where Marcia Trajano will explain the key elements of professional success and the unspoken rules for stellar career growth. Ms. Traja
