The PMI Atlanta AEC Forum is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study.
Presentation
There are a lot of statistics indicating that projects are not successful. But what is a successful project? The presentation reviews the challenges of measuring projects' success. April will also talk about how success varies depending on the when the measurements are made. And finally, she will review the metrics and measurements to use to help projects be successful.
Biography
April Wennerberghas been designing and directing large-scale, high-risk, high-rewa
rd projects for more than 20 years. Her experience as a Project Management consultant delivers unique insights from a wide spectrum of projects ranging rom a blank slate to making order out of chaos.
Her depth and breadth of experience across industries assure that the standards, processes, and tools are appropriate for the task at hand. She builds quality targets and evaluation processes to meet user needs with reports that are easily understood by managers and leaders at any level in the organization.
