Presentation Details

If you don’t know what’s going on with your team members, you’ll find it difficult to do all the scheduling, risk assessment, risk avoidance, and day-to-day management of your project. It can be tough for project team members to confess that they’re worried or having trouble with an assignment, and harder still for project managers to figure out how to ask. Not only that, but if people on the project team aren’t motivated, they will have a challenge performing at a high level. Social intelligence to the rescue – there are practical ways to make it easy to understand motivation and to gain the trust of your team so they feel they can tell you, well, anything!
