The PMI Atlanta AEC Forum is a focus group that hosts regular events with ranging topics in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study.

This month’s forum is focused on internal and external stakeholders and the importance of strategic project planning and scheduling methodologies prior to project execution.

Biography   

Mr. Bailey, MBA, PSP has over twenty years of experience in construction project management and has consistently displayed a wealth of knowledge and commitment to the profession. He is well-versed in working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and project management/controls professionals to achieve the goal of project planning, management, and successful project delivery. He is truly committed to the process of Project Controls by managing the triple constraints of cost, scope, and time. Mr. Bailey has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to conduct business in various sectors ranging from religious, public parks, oil and gas, industrial and financial.
