Biography
Jennifer Bracewell serves as the Management Operations Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she manages a $1B operational budget and provides strategic human capital leadership for over 400 employees and 2,000 contractors. Since joining CDC in 2005 as an architect, she has co-led the design of two major laboratory facilities on the Roybal Campus, totaling over 1.1 million square feet.
Her global impact includes supporting the construction of a national public health lab in Barbados under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, providing technical assistance to the Pan American Health Organization in Trinidad, and offering management support in Sierra Leone during the Ebola outbreak.
Before joining CDC, Jennifer contributed to projects for Robins Air Force Base, Hyatt Regency hotels, and various commercial and medical facilities throughout metro Atlanta. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Public Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Jennifer is also an engaged volunteer with PMI Atlanta.
