Biography

Erica Denham is on a mission to help others live purposefully and make the most of their dash (lifespan)!

She is the founder of Step in Purpose, a company that guides individuals towards reaching their full potential in business and personally by identifying passions and tapping into the power within.

Erica has 20 years of marketing, sales and relationship management experience at both Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses. She also holds a B.A in Sociology (Organizational Behavior) from Emory University (Goizueta Business School). She is the author of “Invincible Spirit Unconquerable Soul” a gratitude journal featuring a 21-day gratitude challenge.

As a motivational speaker, Erica encourages and inspires. In 2015, she also launched a nonprofit, Inspired by Thee, in memory of her only sibling, Kyle, to support those who have experienced loss.
