Presentation Details

When you have a goal that you are trying to accomplish, the road to success can be smoother when everyone can see the vision, understand their role in achieving the vision, and feel appreciated for their efforts in helping to achieve the mission.

This is true whether you are successfully completing a highly visible project at work, playing in a championship kickball game, or planning a trip with a group of friends.

As the team or project leader, incorporating a culture of gratitude is essential to success. Great leaders know that when team members feel valued, respected, appreciated, and recognized, they feel a greater sense of purpose and are more likely to go above and beyond expectations to get the job done.

In this interactive session, we will discuss:

  • The benefits of cultivating a culture of gratitude in the workplace
  • 5 ways you can foster gratitude in your teams to increase productivity and team member engagement.
  • How gratitude can help you live a happier, healthier more fulfilling life
